11/07/2005: "Brilliant Disguise"
What motivates people to do this? And please don't do this, when there are forests of trees to choose from. And please, please can somebody do something about this. It's Monday morning, the sun is shining and everything looks beautiful on the surface. What a brilliant disguise for a sick world. This was good news though and I think maybe this is too. I'm not a fan of AMS's writing but I think the books will translate well into a TV series.

Oops!! I love France normally. Think I've sorted the link now Elise - it should be about a new centre of photography in Scotland.

I don't know if it's just a problem with browser, but when I click on the link that says "This was good news" it opens the article "France in flames as riots wreak havoc"...or maybe you just really don't like France?

Maybe I'm naive, but I always thought that only Americans behaved this way and the rest of the world (*especially* the UK) was more civilized. It's as if the human race is infected with greed, stupidity, and violence.
The weather *has* been gorgeous though...

Some might see that as pleasurable

Weren't there plans to bring in extra laws to prosecute those who attacked emergency workers? What happened about that.
Personally I'd like to see one where the Firefighters were allowed to tow any they caught behind the fire engine as they returned to base. But I doubt that would ever be allowed...
